What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Ceremony time is 3 PM so please arrive to the ceremony site by 2:45 PM.

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation reads “Your Name AND GUEST”, you may bring a plus one.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

This is a 16+ event. If your invitation does not specify a child’s name, kindly leave them in the care of someone else for our event.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! The Stroudsmoor Country Inn can accommodate food allergies and special dietary preferences including gluten free and vegetarian. Please respond with your dietary restriction on the RSVP.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There are no shuttles to the ceremony site from local hotels. Parking is offered at the Stroudsmoor Country Inn.
