When Should I RSVP By?

We ask that you RSVP no later than August 1st.

How Do I RSVP?

Answer

When invitations are sent out, you can click the RSVP tab above. You can enter the name of one of the members in your party and your group will pop up.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We ask that guests arrive at least 20 minutes before the ceremony start time.

Is this an indoor or outdoor event?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception will be indoors.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for your understanding!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day. Dress code is black-tie optional.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle service to and from the Aloft Louisville East hotel listed under the "Travel" tab before the ceremony and throughout the reception.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, we have 90 spots reserved for our guests. To help everyone enjoy the evening safely, we encourage those planning to enjoy our open bar to take advantage of the provided shuttle service or use Uber/Lyft for a safe ride home.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we absolutely love your little ones, our ceremony and reception will be an adults-only celebration with the exception of the children in our wedding party. We hope you enjoy a fun night out!
