FAQs

If you have any other questions than what we have listed here, please reach out to our wedding coordinator Katy Turchich-Martin or Alli Gaiss at 614.593.9863 Thank you.
Question

Is the couple registered anywhere?

Answer

Our life together has already begun. We have almost everything under the sun, but if you wish to get us something sweet, contributions to our honeymoon fund would be a nice treat. The registry to the honeymoon fund is listed here on our website, but the greatest gift is your attendance on our beautiful wedding night!

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP either online or by mail no later than April 1, 2021 to help us finalize all the details in time for our big day!

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We absolutely adore your children.....we really do, but we want our wedding night to be your night off! The only children present will be those in the wedding party. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is beach formal. This means no blue jeans and t-shirts.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget; therefore, our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Where is parking located?

Answer

This venue is valet parking ONLY, but the cost for daily parking is $15 & overnight parking is $16.

Question

What time should I arrive to the venue?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 6:30 pm, so we advise arriving 30 minutes prior to give ample time for valet parking & getting to ceremony site on the beach. You can also arrive earlier (check-ins begin at 4:00 pm for those staying at the resort) & have a drink at the bar beforehand; however, you do not have to reserve a room to order drinks from the resort's bars.

Question

What happens if there is inclement weather?

Answer

Unfortunately, this is common for Florida weather. Most of the time the rain subsides after 4-5 pm; however, if it is scheduled to rain during the time of the ceremony, it will be moved indoors.

Question

Can I take & post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, but please no photos DURING the ceremony. We encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #happilyeverhaskell so that we can keep track of all of your pictures!

Question

Are masks required?

Answer

Currently, in Pinellas County, masks are not mandated outside (this is where the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held). However, masks are required inside for the reception until guests are seated at their tables for dinner. We will keep you all posted on the requirements and if any changes occur up until the wedding. Thank you for understanding.
