We're Getting Married!

Our story begins 3 years ago. Lamont focused on entrepreneurial exploits and Leanna on being about the Father's business. A mutual acquaintance decided to play match maker, when the lives of both would be changed forever. The mutual acquaintance, Leonardo Morrison: stepfather to Lamont and co-worker & Godly father figure to Leanna. He had know Leanna for 10 years prior to his masterminding plot to draw them together. God has a way of setting up situations in order to make way for paths to cross. Leanna shared her church was hosting a financial seminar. Leonardo relayed that his son would be a great addition to the venue, "Why don't you reach out". Lamont receives a call from Ms. Leanna and WHOA! Something happened. At the sound of her voice Lamont was drawn. Little did he know she was swayed by his voice as well. They agreed that the church venue was a great fit for Lamont's business venture. Fast forward, the venue was a hit! As payment for a job well done. Leanna suggests Lamont take her out. WORD! He agrees (eagerly). The First Date Olive Garden - They met up at 6pm. Interesting enough conversation was so good that they we're coerced to leave only to realized it was closing time. This first date led to much time together. Leanna often referred to herself as the peoples choice as Lamont reluctantly admitted his deep attraction for her. After all. He lived in NJ and they attended different churches. The Separation Caused by outside influences, Leanna withdrew. It was months before they would speak. Oddly enough after moving from NJ to Far Rockaway, NY 15 minutes from Leanna: It was the need of a printer cable that reunited the couple. Time spent with each other caused their friendship to deepen. God also moved in when situation caused them to attend the same church! Finally, it happened! On May 19th 2019, Brooklyn Botanical Gardens at the Japanese Hill and Pond Garden upon the Bow Bridge is where Lamont and Leanna became Monty and Lee.
