When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by no later than November 1st, 2024. Earlier is always appreciated! You can RSVP through this website using the RSVP tab and typing in your name.

When should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm, so please arrive early enough to find a seat, and socialize before the ceremony begins. We recommend arriving by 4pm!

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be at The Lodge at Mountain Springs Lake!

Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Black-Tie optional! We ask that men wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie and women wear an evening gown or midi or knee-length cocktail dress.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

For our out of town guests, the Poconos can get pretty cold in December, between 22 and 36 degrees Fahrenheit. Both the ceremony and reception will be inside but we are planning a sparkler send off that will be outside for about 15 minutes, so bring a coat!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one it will appear on your invite. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closet family and friends.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We are asking guests to refrain from bringing kids unless otherwise stated on your invitation.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Yes! We have two hotel blocks, you can stay at the venue, which is recommended or at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Stroudsburg Bartonsville/Poconos. Click into the "Travel" tab for more information on how to book!

Is there parking on site?

Answer

There is parking available at the venue. You will be directed where to park once you arrive at the venue.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have unlimited house wine, spirits, imported & domestic beers, and soft drinks.

Will dinner be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Yes! Dinner will be provided, please pick your entrée when you RSVP.

Where are you registered?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift, but if you'd like to contribute in another way, a gift to our future fund would be wonderful. We appreciate your love and support as we start this new chapter. The link to our cash fund is located on the “Registry” tab!
