Marriott Downtown Knoxville is located just 2 blocks away from downtown area. Currently we have a block of rooms reserved at this hotel at a discounted rate of $180 a night. Although they were able to get us a discount for a certain amount of rooms, they will not hold rooms if they get too full so act quickly if you want the special rate!

The Tennessean is located right by the Marriott downtown, with a little added luxury. Quoted price was $229 for the Classic King, $269 for the double Queen. They were unable to reserve a set number of blocks so discounted rate would be first come first serve. Use code KMJNW for courtesy rate.

Shuttle

We have booked Rocky Top Tours to provide 2 shuttle trips to and from the venue. Their pickup location will be at downtown Marriott , but anyone is welcome to hop on if they'd like. The Tennessean is right next to the Marriott so if you're staying there I would walk over and hitch a ride on the shuttle as well. Each trip can fit about 50 people. They will start picking up after the send off (around 10:45) and the last trip will be at 11:30 for any stragglers! This is a great option if you don't want to worry about driving your own car or paying for an uber/taxi. It's a free sober ride, and hey you may meet some new people on the way over!

If you book a rental, we'd recommend some of these areas: -Downtown/Market Square would be close to venue and downtown fun! -Close to UTK Campus near Cumberland Avenue still about 10 min from venue -Bearden/ near Papermill NW would be closer to our house and further from downtown, but still only about 10-15 minutes so not a bad drive if you don't want to stay in the center of the city! The airport is about 20 min away from wedding festivities. Feel free to contact us regarding suggestions on rental locations before you book to ensure you're in a good area for the weekend :)
