Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that all invited guest RSVP no later than April 20th 2027, so we can provide a final guest count to all venders. Anyone who has not RSVP by that date will be marked as "not attending".

What if I can't come?

Answer

While we do hope that all invited guest can attend, we do understand things come up and schedules conflict. We just ask that if you know you will not make it or if at any point your "yes" turns to a "no" PLEASE mark not attending on your RSVP.

Can I bring a plus one/children?

Answer

While we do appreciate everyone wanting to celebrate with us, due to the limited amount of space only individuals listed on your invitation are invited.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors and the reception will take place indoors. We will also have multiple activities outside for our guest to enjoy. The building is wheelchair accessible.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Ceremony will be starting promptly at 4pm so we ask all guest arrive no later than 3:30pm to give yourself time to find a seat. Doors will close at 4pm and no guest will be allowed entry into the ceremony after that point.

Will you have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes, we have reserved a wedding block for all our guest at the La Quinta down the road from the venue. We have partnered with the hotel to offer our guest rooms at a discounted rate. A link to booking will be provided under the "Travel" tab of our website.

Is there a shuttle or any transportation provided?

Answer

We will be offering a shuttle service to and from the hotel to the venue all night. For any guest not staying at the hotel or who prefer to drive there will be free valet service provided by us at the venue.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes ! Drinks are on us but the hangover is on you. We ask all guest to drink responsibly and bring cash to tip the bartenders if you can.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your presence is more than enough! While we're not having a traditional gift registry, we will be accepting donations to our honeymoon fund. This fund can be found in the Registry tab. If you would like to contribute the day of, we will have a card box at the reception. Please know that this is entirely optional - what matters most is that you're there with us to make memories on our big day!
