Suttle Lake is a natural lake formed by glaciers. It has a forested shoreline with a beach for swimming and offers views of nearby Mt. Washington. The Boathouse is open seasonally for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, serves beer, wine, cocktails, and coffee. They also have rentals for boats, kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards.
Sahalie Falls Viewpoint
A stunning, easily accessible 73-foot waterfall on Oregon's McKenzie River, known for its powerful plunge over a lava dam, often visited via the popular Sahalie & Koosah Falls Loop Trail for a family-friendly hike through old-growth forest, offering views of both falls and the icy blue river.
