Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests are welcome to arrive at 3:30pm where we will have a water station available. The ceremony will start at 4pm promptly.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We kindly ask that all of our guests RSVP before September 11th, 2025. After we send out our formal invitations, an "RSVP" tab will appear above. To RSVP, please click on the tab and fill out your information.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you received a plus one, your guest's name will be listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with our closest friends and family. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we appreciate you wanting to bring your little ones, we have chosen to keep our wedding an adult-only celebration. We can't wait to let loose with you!

Where should I park?

Answer

There are plenty of parking spaces at the venue. The venue is also Uber & Lift accessible - we suggest scheduling your rides beforehand. Overnight parking is allowed as long as you pick up your car the following day.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Let's celebrate in style! Cocktail attire is requested for both the ceremony and reception. Please no shorts, open-toed shoes, or t-shirts.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be outdoors. Our ceremony and reception will both be held on grass, so please wear appropriate footwear (thick heels, ladies!). If needed, heaters will be available during the reception. However, we recommend bringing a light jacket or coat for the evening.

Do you have a hotel block for wedding guests?

Answer

Yes, we’ve reserved discount codes for Springhill Suites and Hilton Garden Inn in Escondido! For all the details on how to reserve your room, please head to the "Travel" tab above. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you — get ready to party!

Can I take pictures during the wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that you don't take photos or videos during our ceremony as we would prefer you all to be present in the moment. We have professional photographer to capture everything and we will make sure to share these with you after the wedding. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos/videos as you like. There will be a QR code available during the wedding so you can easily share your photos/videos with us!

Is there a wedding registry, and how do I access it?

Answer

While your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift, if you would like to check our registry, you can find it by clicking on the "Registry" tab above when it becomes available. Thank you so much for celebrating with us - your love and support mean the world to us!

What should I do if my situation changes and I now can/can't attend the wedding?

Answer

If your plans change and you can no longer attend, or if you’re able to join us after initially RSVP'ing as unable, please update your RSVP form using the tab above. If this happens after September 11th, 2025, please reach out directly to our wedding planner, Clemence, at theperfectpairweddingsd@gmail.com to let us know.
