The Couple
Race: Human & Genasi Class: Wizard & Warlock Alignment: Lawful Evil & Lawful Good Background: Together since December, 2017 after meeting in October, Montessa and Andrew spent almost 3 years as a long-distance relationship while waiting for Montessa to finish nursing school. Just after the pandemic began, they moved in together into an apartment in Milwaukie, Oregon. A year and a half after moving in together, they bought and renovated a fifth-wheel while living in it to save money to buy a home. In Spring of 2022 they bought their first home together and began settling into live together, before getting engaged later that year. Appearance: The couple is often found around their home, completing projects to make their place cozier or more welcoming. In the summers, you can find the couple camping somewhere around the state or spending a weekend at the coast. They enjoy hosting friends, D&D campains, and game nights at thier home and hope to continue making their home the ideal "hang-out" spot for themselves and loved-ones. Personality Traits: Loyal, understanding, silly, supportive, protective, & encouraging. Skills and Abilities: Cooking, camping, building projects, gardening, riding motorcycles, building computers, and creative endeavors.
David Horning & Daniel Ogle
Parents of the Bride
Race: Loxodon & Genasi Class: Monk & Druid Alignment: Chaotic Good & Lawful Evil Background: David adopted Montessa at birth and raised her on a cattle ranch, teaching her much about life, animals, home skills, and how to be strong and driven. Dan is stepfather to the bride and shares a close bond with her, as well as their birthdate (separated by a few years, though), and love of fashion and travel. Appearance: This pair is often seen wearing stocking caps and bog boots in cattle pastures, or walking through the woods to inspect the borders of their fortress. When taking a long rest, they can be found cooking together, swimming, fishing, and watching football. Personality Traits: Protective, funny, strong-willed, creative, caring. Skills and Abilities: Great cooking, heartfelt advice, could probably out-survive 90% of people during an apocalypse.
Laura & Patrick Hardisty
Parents of the Groom
Race: Genasi & Tiefling Class: Paladin & Barbarian Alignment: Chaotic Good Background: Pat and Laura married in 1992 after meeting at Laura's job at that time. The two soon purchased their first home together in hopes of starting a family. They started their landscape business in the mid-90's while Laura worked in the mortgage industry and welcomed Andrew into the family in 1998. They have always enjoyed making their home a little slice of paradise and often have friends and family around, along with a variety of pets over the years. Appearance: Typically Laura is found communing with the fauna found on her farm, as well as making treats, soaps, art, or tending her garden. Patrick is often found in his cave, making designs for landscapes he’s been hired to construct, or tending to his many projects, on and off the homestead. Personality Traits: Hardworking, selfless, funny/silly, genuine, loyal. Skills and Abilities: Botany, goat herding & milking, crafting, knife/axe/spear throwing, baking, and animal husbandry.
Dani King
Maid of Honor
Race: Changeling Class: Sorcerer Alignment: Lawful Good Background: Primary-school friendship of Montessa. Dani and Montessa love to spend time crafting together and love to travel together, whether it is a roadtrip around oregon or a tropical trip to Mexico. Appearance: Often found exploring parks and other natural areas or spending a cozy day watching Disney movies or playing video games. She also is sometimes found traveling with her boyfriend, groomsman Kyle, discovering new adventures and making new memories. Personality Traits: Fierce loyalty, dark humor, and lover of animals. Skills and Abilities: Inciting chaos, enrichment time, crafts, baking, Pokémon Go!, and friendship.
Joshua Ring
Best Man
Race: Leonin Class: Warlock Alignment: Lawful Neutral Background: Hailing from the same village as the groom, Joshua and Andrew met in high school metal shop and have been friends ever since. They bond over games, bad movies, tech, and causing chaotic hilarity while together. SAndrew and Joshua are best friends and often help each other create and develop new projects to wokr on together. Appearance: Often found around Portland and Vancouver on his motorcycle, spending time playing games with Andrew online, venturing to Corvallis to spend time with his girlfriend, Eva, or helping to run game nights at the couples' home. Personality Traits: Sarcastic, loyal, dependable, adventurous, driven, funny, genuine, and caring. Skills and Abilities: Making a room groan and chuckle at his puns or dark humor, comforting friends, great hugs for everyone he cares for, making funny faces in 97.2% of all photos taken of him.
Christine Hochmuth
Matron of Honor
Race: Satyr Class: Monk Alignment: Chaotic Good Background: Christine met Montessa during third grade when Montessa was helping her dad clean the roof of Christine's house. Soon following, Christine moved to Monroe where she and Montessa became sister-level best friends. Appearance: When not found at her job where she manages activities and appointments for elderly and disabled people, she can be found spending time with her husband, Justin, and their new baby boy. She also can be found at the coast as often as she can as she loves the ocean. Personality Traits: Kind, fiercely loyal, fashionista, funny, creative, and genuine. Skills and Abilities: Putting together awesome outfits, thrifting, making fun dances, organizing events, and being an amazing friend.
Eric Crawford
Groomsman
Race: Leonin Class: Warlock Alignment: Chaotic Neutral Background: Eric grew up across the street from Andrew and have been friends since their wee childhood years. They bonded over videogames while growing up, and still do, even having "LAN parties" and playing games on-line together. Appearance: Can be found working, gaming, and spending time with friends and family. When with friends, Eric can often be found quietly taking in the surroundings and anics being committed by fellow party members. When spending time alone, he can often be found playing his favorite videogames like Terraria and Minecraft Personality Traits: Witty, quiet, engineuitive, clever, & creative. Skills and Abilities: Unexpected one-liners, never cusses, can function for 3 days with 50% lung capacity.
Katie Faryniarz
Bridesmaid
Race: Elf Class: Cleric Alignment: Chaotic Good Background: A fellow nurse, Katie and Montessa met at Montessa's first job as a nurse, where Katie had worked for several years. They immediately clicked and became friends. Outside of work, Katie and Montessa have enjoyed hiking together, playing board games, and movie nights. Appearance: Katie is often found zipping along back roads on her motorcycle between shifts. She also spends time tending her animals, spending time with her twin and mother, playing Dungeons & Dragons with the wedding couple and other friend groups. She also has spent the last couple of Summers in Alaska working on a fishing boat! Personality Traits: Creative, funny, wholesome, thoughtful, advenurous. Skills and Abilities: Riding motorcycles, saving lives, fishing, taxidermy, and being a great hype-woman
Kyle Letsom

Race: Gnome Class: Paladin Alignment: Neutral Good Background: Kyle is mutual friends of both Andrew and Montessa and met through the Maid of Honor, Dani. Kyle came with Dani to spend time with the couple and everyone clicked so well. Kyle grew up in Eugene, Oregon where he met Dani and have been dating for a couple of years. Kyle and Andrew act like they've known one another for longer than they have and always bounce their humor back and forth in such hilarious ways. Appearance: Kyle is often found reading, playing Pokemon-Go, or golfing with friends. Kyle is a huge Stephen King fan and collects his novels, always looking for first editions to add to his collection. Personality Traits: Funny, sarcastic, thoughtful, welcoming, loyal, & genuine. Skills and Abilities: Great golf swing, awesome comedic timing, and down for adventures.
Brandi Rada

Race: Leonin Class: Monk Alignment: Lawful Evil Background: Brandi & Montessa met in 2017 in a Psychology class they were both taking as a pre-requisiste for nursing school. One day they both atended a study hall and happened to live in the same direction and walked home together. In walking across campus, they clicked well enough to spend another hour talking outside of the dorms and the rest is history! Appearance: Brandi is typically found taking care of her daughter with her husband, Ty and spending time with family. She enjoys attending sports events from her neice's softball games to Blazer's and Winterhawk's games with Ty. Personality Traits: Clever, genuine, caring, resilient, driven, & adventurous. Skills and Abilities: Helping others, amazing roadtrip buddy, & standing up for others.

Race: Kalashtar Class: Sorcerer Alignment: Chaotic Good Background: Ty is friends of Andrew via Montessa's friendship with Brandi. Ty and Andrew became friends after meeting several times at parties he and Montessa have thrown together. They share many interests and hobbies and always have a fun time together when they hang out. Appearance: Ty can often be found spending time with his family and friends, playing video games, traveling, and watching his favorite sports teams play. Personality Traits: Goofy, kind, genuine, loyal, funny, and clever. Skills and Abilities: Creative endeavors, always has a great joke, & dresses great.
Jamie Taylor

Race: Tiefling Class: Wizard Alignment: Lawful Neutral Background: Jamie is the sister of Andrew and grew up in Illinois. She makes an annual trip to Oregon to spend time with family here and has also become friends with Montessa as well. Jamie loves witchy, cottagecore, and fantasy-related things which she expresses in many areas of her life. Appearance: When away from her job, she spends time tending her pets, making fun decor for her house, taking fun photos with her friends, and going to rennaisance fairs. When in Oregon, she can often be found on road trips with Montessa and the groom's mother, Laura, or going to work with her dad, Patrick. Personality Traits: Sassy, introverted, creative, fashion-forward, caring, & patient. Skills and Abilities: Animal husbandry, crafting and DIY projects, costuming, & doing beautiful and fun makeup.
Nicholas Hardisty

Race: Genasi Class: Fighter Alignment: Lawful Evil Background: Nicholas is one of Andrew's closest cousins and they often spent summers together, camping with lots of family in Trout Lake. Andrew and Nicholas would go hiking and swimming together with their other cousins while also stay up playing games or watching movies at night while camping. Appearance: Nicholas often spends his time with his wife and thier pets, hanging out with family members, and spending time outdoors. Personality Traits: Funny, loyal, driven, family-oriented, protective & easy-going. Skills and Abilities: Building, gaming, & foraging
Eva Kilpper

Race: Loxodon Class: Barbarian Alignment: Lawful Good Background: Eva hails from sunny Santa Barbara, California and ventured to Oregon for engineering school at OSU. She became friends with the couple through her boyfriend, Joshua after they had overlapping friend groups at school and worked on some of the same projects together. Appearance: Eva can often be found spending time with her boyfriend, helping her school friends with their F-1 car project, playing Dungeons & Dragons with the couple, going dancing with the bride and other friends, or keeping abreast of F-1 races. Personality Traits: Creative, artistic, funny, down-to-earth, genuine, & intelligent. Skills and Abilities: Drawing, gardening, cooking, engineering design, machining, & adventuring.
