The ceremony and reception will both take place at our venue: the Jacaranda Country Club. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held indoors in the main ballroom.
6:30 PM
Please arrive to the venue 15 to 20 minutes before the ceremony, which will begin promptly at 6:30 PM. This will allow time for you to park (unless you have an alternative mode of transportation), sign the guestbook, and find your seat. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until the start of cocktail hour to enter.
Yes! There is plenty of parking on site for guests. However, if you plan on drinking, please consider utilizing Uber, Lyft, or carpooling with another individual who will be sober at the end of the night. We want all of our guests to arrive and leave in a safe manner.
Please RSVP by May 1, 2024.
You will certainly be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate your regrets in the RSVP section so we can plan accordingly. Thank you.
Unfortunately, we will not be able accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue exact numbers by a certain date. If we do not receive an official RSVP through our website, we will count it as "Will Not Attend". While I will send out reminders, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible. Thank you.
Due to very limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you are granted a plus one, there will be a space to share who your plus one will be when you RSVP. If you don't receive a plus one, please respect our wishes as we're trying to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. Thank you so much for understanding!
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding ceremony and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
We would love to see our guests all dressed up for our special day. The dress code is formal or semi-formal attire! Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit & tie. No jeans please.
We ask that you please refrain from wearing these colors to ensure that the bride has her moment.
Feel free to wear shoes that you feel most comfortable in, especially for dancing!
The only request we make is to please put your phones away during the CEREMONY. We have hired an incredible photographer to capture our ceremony and would love for you to be present when we say "I do." Otherwise, please feel free to take photos throughout the evening! We would love for you to share them with us as well. :)
Yes, the cocktail hour will take place right after the ceremony. The cocktail hour will begin promptly at 7:00 pm and will end at 8:00 pm. At that time, guests will begin entering the ballroom for the reception.
Yes! Please drink responsibly and have a way to get home safely! :)
Yes, a buffet dinner with several stations will be served during the reception. There will be plenty of food options for everyone. Please be sure to arrive hungry!
Yes, the chef at the venue will be able to accommodate guests who have food allergies or restrictions (i.e. Gluten free, dairy free, vegan, etc.) We will ask you to specify any allergies or restrictions you may have on the formal invitation.
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. However, if you would like to contribute to our special day, we have created a honeymoon fund instead of registering for traditional gifts. You may also bring a card on the day of the wedding ceremony, if preferred. Your donation will help make our honeymoon unforgettable and create memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you for your love and support! You can access the honeymoon fund by clicking on the "Registry & Gifts" tab or using the following link: https://www.zola.com/wedding/monterogoeppnerwedding/registry You may also contribute via Zelle and can send funds to either of the following phone numbers: 754-244-7937 or 812-914-2098
