Matt moved to Tampa from Connecticut in 2020, looking for a new career path. Around the same time, Delaney graduated college and moved to Tampa for work. We met through that job and became good friends over the next year. Eventually in 2021, Matt invited Delaney to what she thought was a work happy hour at Armature Works, a popular Tampa spot. Instead, it turned out to be a picnic with wine and charcuterie at sunset—a much better plan. That evening marked the start of something more than friendship. Since then, we’ve lived in Tampa and later moved to St. Pete, creating a circle of friends and family we love. Four years later, we’ve built a life together with our dog, Charlie, and are excited for what comes next. On November 13th of 2025, we headed to the St. Petersburg City Courthouse and tied the knot!
