East Beach

The Watch Hill Lighthouse has stood since 1745 and has loads of New England charm. Worth the short trip from the main stretch in town!

A larger and much more popular beach in the Watch Hill and Westerly area. It's just 3 miles from downtown Watch Hill and gets pretty crowded in the summer, but is always a good time. There is a main strip along the water with restaurants, beach shacks, and things to do.

Misquamicut State Beach

A long-time Watch Hill staple, Olympia Tea Room is 100 years old, family-owned, and full of charm. It is right on the main strip in Watch Hill and overlooks the water.

A short drive from Watch Hill and Westerly, but a must-stop for a true Rhode Island experience. You'll get waterfront dining and the freshest local seafood.
