We’re getting married!!

One random Saturday afternoon in 2017, Michael and Mattie both happened to be at sweet frog in Summerville with some friends. Mattie was sitting at a picnic table outside of Publix when Michael and his friends came out of sweet frog yelling “Saturday’s are for the boys”, as all freshman boys would do lol. Mattie and her friend yelled back, which led for Michael and his friends to come over and have a conversation. Michael followed Mattie on Instagram, because that was the cool thing to do, and they never spoke again. Fast forward 5 years in 2022, Mattie got an Instagram DM from this random guy whose username was Big Mike. He simply said “Ice cream or coffee?” She had no idea who this man was or why they followed each other on Instagram. They both had a ton of mutual followers so naturally she responded. She said “Ice cream fs”, which led to their very first date at Ye Ole Fashioned in Summerville. Michael and Mattie instantly knew that they were going to be together. Their connection was immediately noticed, so they scheduled a second date. Second turned to third, third to fourth, and now 4 years later, they are finally getting married!!
