BBQ, Kickball, lawn games, meet + greet

4:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Summer BBQ attire or Zoot Suits

We have the venue for the whole weekend so we want anyone in town that is available to come down and get some BBQ, drinks, and catch up with family and friends. We will have cornhole, horse shoes, beersbie, Kan Jam and other lawn games to play. There is also a baseball diamond on the property so we might fire up a kickball or wiffleball game. We will be setting up for the wedding as well, if anyone wants to help out. Please RSVP if you plan on coming and let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.

Wedding and Reception

4:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Garden Attire: Classy casual: wear sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, assless chaps, and fun hats and fascinators. It will most likely be hot, so be comfortable!

Ceremony at 5pm — shuttle pickup at Carson Valley Inn Valet starting at 3 *PARKING DETAILS: 1) Park at your own risk 2) Advise guests to leave their vehicle at Carson Vally Inn/Motor lodge (5 min drive away) and take the shuttle to Wedding Ceremony/Reception. The parking lot gate will be locked prior to end of reception and your car will be locked in overnight. You will NOT have access to your car until the park opens gate- We will not have access to the lock.
