Are children invited to the wedding?

Unfortunately No; To ensure that everyone can fully enjoy the celebration, we kindly request that the wedding be an adult-only event. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you! In case of no alternative option, please do feel free to contact us personally for alternative arrangements.

Can I book my own accommodation?

Answer

To ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment, we have arranged for accommodation on the farm for all our guests. We kindly request that everyone takes advantage of this arrangement and refrains from driving after the festivities. Your comfort and safety are important to us, and we appreciate your cooperation in staying on-site. We look forward to celebrating with you and ensuring a memorable and enjoyable event for all!

What is included in the accommodation fee that I have to pay?

When you RSVP, please note that the fee covers the following: Exclusive Accommodation for 2 Nights: Stay on the farm from 1 January to 3 January. Dinner at the Meet & Greet: Enjoy a welcoming dinner on the evening before the wedding. Drinks and Food at the Cocktail Hour & Reception: Indulge in a selection of beverages and canapes during the cocktail hour, followed by a delightful meal and drinks at the reception. Breakfast the Following Morning: Join us for a relaxing breakfast to wrap up the celebration. We hope this all-inclusive package adds to your convenience and enjoyment as we celebrate together!

What type of accommodation can we expect?

Answer

The Pat Busch Mountain Reserve offers a variety of self-catering accommodation in several cosy & affordable cottages, a large rambling farmhouse, and Africamps boutique glamping tents with magnificent mountain views. We have carefully allocated everyone to their respective accommodations to ensure the best experience for all. Each arrangement has been thoughtfully considered. If you have any specific questions or concerns about your assigned accommodation, please feel free to reach out to us.

May I bring my own alcohol

Answer

Yes! Meet & Greet: Please bring your own refreshments to enjoy. Reception: We will have a selection of popular beers, ciders, and classic liquors. If you have specific preferences or special requests, feel free to bring your favorite beverages along.

We kindly request that only those named on the invitation attend the wedding. Please do not bring additional guests unless your invitation explicitly states otherwise. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

What does the "Garden Cocktail" dress-code mean?

Answer

Anything bright, colourful or festive! Please see pictures below. No denim jeans, flipflops or shorts. Please refer to the photos in the Gallery tab for some inspiration!
