What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal Attire We kindly request that men wear a suit and tie, while women are invited to wear either a formal floor-length or midi dress, or a skirt or tailored pants paired with a sophisticated top. To honour the bridal party, we respectfully request that female guests refrain from wearing white or cream, as these colours are reserved for the bride. The bridesmaids will be wearing black, we kindly ask female guests to choose an alternative colour. As this is a formal event t-shirts, denim, slides/thongs, and sports shoes, are not considered appropriate for the occasion.

Can I bring a plus one?

As we are keeping the celebration intimate, only those listed on the RSVP are invited. If you have any questions or need clarification, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

While we truly love your children, we’ve decided to make this an adults-only event to allow all guests to fully relax and enjoy the evening. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.

Our wedding will take place at Immerse Winery, a beautiful venue nestled in the heart of the Yarra Valley, offering a lovely and serene vineyard setting for our celebration.

How do I get there?

Answer

Immerse Winery is approximately one hour’s drive from Melbourne's CBD. For detailed directions, please refer to the venue's website. As there is no public transport near the venue, we recommend pre-booking Ubers, taxis, or other transport for when the reception ends.

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes, there is ample free parking available onsite at the venue for all guests.

Are there any accommodation options nearby?

Answer

Yes, there are several accommodation options near the venue. We encourage you to book early, as the Yarra Valley is a popular destination in the spring.

What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:45pm, we kindly ask guests to arrive up to 30min prior to ensure you don’t miss a moment. Followed by the reception, dinner, and dancing!

When does the reception conclude?

The reception will conclude at 11:00pm.

Can I take photos at the wedding?

Answer

While we encourage you to capture memories throughout the celebration, we ask that guests refrain from using their phones during the ceremony so our photographers can do their work. Afterward, feel free to take as many photos as you’d like!

The greatest gift you can give us is your presence at our wedding. We will have a wishing well at the reception for those who wish to support our future together.

What happens if I can’t attend?

Answer

We completely understand! While we’ll miss you, please feel free to let us know as soon as possible, so we can adjust our plans accordingly. Your well wishes mean just as much to us.
