When should I arrive?
Answer
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony time. The ceremony will start promptly at 4 PM.

What should I wear?
Answer

Where is the Wedding?
Answer
The wedding is at A and M Gardens in Azle, TX. This venue has no affiliation to the college, Texas A&M, and is in a different party of Texas so please keep that in mind when booking your travel plans. The address is 12809 Gantt Rd. S, Azle TX 76020 Website link: https://www.aandmgardens.com/

What airport should I fly into?
Answer
You can fly into either DFW airport or Dallas Love Field.
Question
Do I need a car? How far is the venue from the hotel?
Answer
The venue is 53 minutes from DFW airport and a little over an hour from Love Field. Everything in Texas takes about 45 minutes to get to roughly. We are currently inquiring to reserve a block in a few different hotels in the area. There is plenty of parking at the venue. Check the Travel tab for updates on places to stay and if a shuttle will be provided in the near future.

Can I bring a plus one to the wedding?
Answer
Please let either the bride or groom know if you were wanting to bring a plus one that was not previously discussed when invitations were sent out. We will discuss if we are able to accommodate extra people.

Can we bring kids?
Answer
Yes. Kids are welcome to the event. Please make sure to let us know if you do or do not plan to bring kids. Our venue asks that once we have a certain number of children we let them know so they can ensure to have appropriate staff to monitor the fountains.

What if I have dietary restrictions?
Answer
Please contact the bride and/or groom to let us know if there are any dietary accommodations that need to be made.

Is the ceremony/reception indoors or outdoors.
Answer
The plan is to have the ceremony in the outdoor garden, followed by a cocktail hour in the outdoor pavilion. The reception will be indoors.

Is there an open bar?
Answer
We will provide beer, wine, some other canned alcohol, and a his/her drink. There will also be non-alcoholic options.

When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by no later than 10/18/25.

Why can't I RSVP on the website?
Answer
The RSVP box is a bit particular about making sure you type someone's name exactly as we had entered it. If you are having a hard time trying to RSVP, message the bride or groom and we can do it for you.
