This is our suggested hotel - about a 40-50 minute drive to the venue. We are coordinating transportation to the venue from here. We do not have a room block setup; however, you may sign up for Hyatt rewards, which will offer the best rates if you do choose to stay here. San José Mineta Intl. Airport (SJC) | Bay Area, CA San Jose Airport

SJC is the closest airport to the venue and activities, but you may fly into the San Francisco International Airport (SFO), which is about 2 hours from Gilroy and 1 hour from San Jose.
