Hotel
This is our suggested hotel - about a 40-50 minute drive to the venue. We are coordinating transportation to the venue from here. We do not have a room block setup; however, you may sign up for Hyatt rewards, which will offer the best rates if you do choose to stay here.
Flight
SJC is the closest airport to the venue and activities, but you may fly into the San Francisco International Airport (SFO), which is about 2 hours from Gilroy and 1 hour from San Jose.
