When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by August 12, 2023. We need some time to tell all of our vendors how many people they can expect!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! When you RSVP please also RSVP if you plan to utilize the shuttle service. The shuttle will run to and from Oxford Inn and Suites. There will be two pick up times both to and from. The first shuttle will depart from Oxford Inn and Suites at 2:00 PM and arrive Centerville Estates at 2:30 PM. The second shuttle will depart from Oxford Inn and suites at 3:00 PM and arrive at Centerville Estates at 3:30 PM. Coming home, the first shuttle will depart Centerville Estates at 9:00 PM and arrive at Oxford Inn and Suites at 9:30 PM. The second shuttle will depart from Centerville Estates at 10:00 PM and arrive at Oxford Inn and Suites at 10:30 PM. Please RSVP as to which shuttle you intend to take and stick to that! We have a limited number of seats on the shuttle. Each trip will only be able to take 32 people.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue should you choose to drive. There will also be parking attendants to help guide you!

What should I wear?

Answer

Please wear whatever semi-formal attire you are comfortable in! Be aware that Chico has some big temperature swings, with it being very warm and sunny during the day and cool at night. The whole wedding is outdoors so come prepared!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive to the ceremony between 3:00 - 3:30PM.

Will there be food?

Answer

Absolutely! Following the ceremony we will have appetizers, dinner, and many many drinks. Come hungry and thirsty! If you plan on partaking in alcoholic beverages plan accordingly with a designated driver or utilize the shuttle service.
