Question

I got my Save-the-Date/Invite. Now what?

Answer

Yay! Next we recommend browsing the Sandal’s Montego Bay brochure and website to see what kind of room you and your guest are interested in (links for both can be found below). There are also videos of rooms that we found to be quite useful on YouTube: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLxVfkZbDxlhTbKVQeDuw_jfxBuWJ6hSvs Once you have an idea of what room you would like to stay in, please email our travel agent Addison and let him know you will be attending our wedding (this is a very important step so that Sandals is aware you will be attending our wedding) and which room(s) interest you. He will then assist with getting your room booked at the best price! Also, if interested, there is insurance that you can let Addison know you want which allows cancellation for any reason ($114 per guest). If you have any further questions feel free to reach out to either us or Addison.

Can my children come to Sandal's Montego Bay?

Answer

We would love for everyone to join in on our big day, but as per Sandal's management, Sandal's is an adults only resort. This way the adults get to have some time away from the little ones.

Is Sandal's Montego Bay all inclusive?

Answer

Yes! Sandal's is all inclusive. All food, drinks, and water activities are included. Even snorkeling and scuba diving (for those that have their scuba diving certificate) are included. Only excursions, spa services, and items purchased at the souvenir store are additional.

Do I have to stay at Sandal's Montego Bay to join in on the celebration?

Answer

If Sandal's Montego Bay does not suit your fancy, you may stay at Sandal's Royal Caribbean. There is a few minute shuttle ride that goes between both resorts and resort hoping is actually encouraged so that guests get the best of both resorts. By staying at Sandal's Montego Bay or Sandal's Royal Caribbean, you can join in on our wedding festivities!

Do I need my passport?

Answer

Yes, traveling to Jamaica requires passport. As a reminder, all Caribbean travel requires a passport with at least 6 months remaining on its expiration and we also highly recommend travel insurance to all destinations worldwide.

We will be adhering to the guidelines that can be found on Jamaica's travel restrictions website, which may be found here: https://www.visitjamaica.com/travelauthorization/ Additionally, since the future is unknown, there is insurance that can be added on to your booking for $114 per guest. Please let our travel agent Addison know if you are interested in this at time of booking.
