Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be at Sts. Peter and St. Paul Russian Orthodox Church, indoors and air conditioned. The reception will follow at a vineyard that is tented, depending on the weather, it will be open and with fans.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Formal and cocktail attire is recommended. Something light, comfortable, and colorful. Highly recommend flat-soled shoes.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! So yes, they are invited. Let us know if we haven't added them in the invitation for children more than 2 years old.

What type of dining experience will guests enjoy?

Answer

Hors d'oeuvres and refreshments are provided at the reception venue followed by a catered backyard barbecue buffet. Delectables include a s'mores station and dessert table.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar featuring beer, wine, liquor, and cocktails at the reception! Flag Hill produces their own wines and liquors which will be available for guests as well.

Can I bring my own adult beverages?

Answer

We will be supplying alcohol and have a bartending service who will be handling the beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages onto the premises.

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.

Will I be able to smoke cigarettes at the reception?

Answer

Yes, a designed smoking tent is provided for guests.

Can I venture around the venue and take pictures?

Answer

Yes, it is encouraged to walk around the grapevines and take pictures. Animals will also be wandering around the vineyard. There will be an ice cream creamery that is walking distance to grab a sweet treat if you would like to cool off.

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

Please RSVP by June to give us an accurate head count for the wedding and to finalized orders.

A plus one is provided for all guests!

Is there parking, and is it free?

Answer

Yes! Free parking at both the ceremony and reception venues.
