Eric and Monika's story began rather unconventionally: Twitter. Despite being from different states (Eric from Michigan, and Monika from Wisconsin), they started "following" each other due to their shared love for the Green Bay Packers. Tweets led to text messages and phone calls, and eventually Eric decided to take a leap of faith and drive across state lines to meet Monika in person. There was an instant connection, and they both agreed to commit to a long distance relationship. After about a year and a half of countless trips back and forth, Eric decided to move to the great state of Wisconsin. The two have been inseparable ever since their first Twitter conversation in July of 2017, enjoying lots of trips to Miller Park, Lambeau Field, the Kohl Center, and the Fiserv Forum to cheer on their favorite Wisconsin teams, road trips with friends, and the exploring the city of Milwaukee. They are so excited to share their special day with you and are thrilled to begin this new chapter of their life together as a married couple <3
