Guests can start arriving at 4pm, Ceremony at 4:30pm, Cocktail Hour 5pm, Dinner at 6pm, Partying the rest of the night until 10pm.

What Should I know about the venue?

Answer

1) When traveling to the venue there will be several signs guiding you where to go. 2)There are several parking spots, at the venue for guest who are driving. 3)The Estate has a dedicated smoking area located in the garden under the Chateau's deck. All other area's are not permitted for smoking.

Location and Weather

Answer

Both wedding ceremony and reception will be at The Empress Estate, 460 Empress Ln, Woodland, WA 98674 at their Chateau. The ceremony will be outdoors while our reception will be indoors. Washington weather in October can vary. In the past the weather can be warm and sunny, while other times it could get cold and rainy. Our venue is prepared for rain! If rain is in the forecast our ceremony will be moved from their outside ceremony to the Chateau's deck. The deck is outside but covered.

Traveling From Out of Town

When booking flights make sure you are flying into Portland International Airport also known as PDX in Portland, Oregon. From there you can Uber/ Lyft or rent a car at PDX.
