Is there a dress code?

Any attire is welcome, from cocktail party attire to semi-formal.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please designate the food allergy when you RSVP. There will be options to accommodate all dietary needs.

Will there be a sit down dinner?

Answer

No, there will be no formal sit down dinner. There will be passed hors d'oeuvres and some stationed displays throughout the night. There is no formal seating, we encourage mingling!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be no transportation provided throughout the evening. Carpooling is recommended to the ceremony, however, there is plenty of parking at McKenzie Wilderness Estate. The reception is walking distance from the recommended hotels and most downtown hotels.

Question

What should we do in between the ceremony and cocktail hour?

Answer

We recommend stopping by the hotel for any last minute needs or to relax your feet before a night of dancing. For those looking to start the party early there are many options along Main Street to grab a drink prior to 4PM.
