Flight
We recommend flying into George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) - about a 20 minute drive to the hotels. There will be ample parking at the venue for rental cars, but if possible please try to carpool.
Hotel
This is where we will be staying! Nearby the Woodlands downtown with shopping/restaurants and a short drive to the venue :) If rooms are not available, please contact Scott/Monica and we can expand the hotel block. Please book by September 17th.

We will be providing transportation between the hotel and venue, please RSVP to let us know if you will be needing a ride. There is ample parking at the venue, feel free to drive yourself but please limit drinking if you will be driving.
