One of the 3 bio-bays found in PR. About and hour drive from San Juan to Fajardo. Kayak tours done at night to appreciate the glowing effect of the microorganisms in the water. Best to do on a moonless night (the darker the better). You need to be able to kayak for about 2 hrs.
