Both airport options are outside of the immediate area. 1. Boston airport offers the most flights and direct (nonstop) options. It is about a 1.15 hour drive from Newport. 2. Providence airport is a 45 minute drive. While closer many flights require a connection. Both options are accessible, but may require additional transport. We suggest renting a car or organizing vanpools with other guests.
Newport, RI is the most central. Followed by Middletown. Both locations are equally close to the venue. However, Newport is know for busy summer months and lots of visitors. If you are having trouble finding accommodations in this area, we might suggest looking in these surrounding areas, which are a short drive from the venue.
