Check-in time is 3:00pm, so if you need to check in earlier to get ready, we recommend booking the night before. The hotel typically sells out every weekend, and early check-in isn't guaranteed. It’s also just a short 12-minute drive from the venue! Your room rate includes a full hot breakfast for two adults. If you're bringing a third or fourth guest who is over 16, there’s an additional $15 fee per person. Please note that room rates are subject to applicable taxes, including a 4% Municipal Accommodations Tax and 13% HST. To secure your room, make sure to reserve by June 15th, 2025 (60 days before the wedding). After this date, any unreserved rooms will be released back to the hotel. You can either call at the number provided above or email frontdesk1@cambridgehotel.ca and quote the discount code. Note: discount will NOT apply on online reservations. If you need to cancel your reservation, you can do so up to 24 hours before your arrival.

Conveniently, this hotel is just a quick 7-minute drive from the venue! Breakfast is available at an additional charge. Please reserve your room by June 15th, 2025 (60 days before the wedding) to secure your stay. You can call the hotel or click the link below. After this date, any unreserved rooms will be released back into the hotel’s general availability. If booking after the cutoff date, room availability will depend on the hotel, but the discounted rate will no longer apply. If you need to cancel your reservation, you can do so up to 48 hours before your arrival without any penalty.
