Groom
The groom’s role is to choose his groomsmen, attend all events pertaining to the wedding, pick the brides ring, give the bride a gift, go on a honeymoon, choosing wedding bands together.
Bride
The bride chooses her bridesmaids and honor attendant. She plans and hosts the bridesmaids' luncheon and gives her attendants thank-you gifts, and buys a gift for groom. Traditionally, the bride and her family are responsible for paying for all wedding planning expenses, the bride's attire, all floral arrangements, transportation on the wedding day, photo and video fees, travel and lodgings for the officiant if he comes from out of town, lodging for the bridesmaids.
“Wedding Consultant”
She’s working with the couple to execute their wedding as intended. The consultant provides assistance and suggestions when making decisions, In constant communication with all vendors to ensure they are on track with the bride and groom’s details, then works to ensure that all necessary steps are taken to execute a plan on the wedding day.
Directress
Maxine will assist the wedding consultant in all aspects of the rehearsal and wedding day. A Wedding Directress does assist you a couple weeks prior to your wedding day, helping finalize plans you've already put into motion — the timeline for rehearsal and the wedding, making sure all parties involved have all the information needed.
Matron of Honor
Bride’s Best Ride or Die buddy who’s serving a dual role. 😂😂 Her job is to keep the bride calm as possible, to assist the bride in dressing and to ensure she is ready on time. Checks to see if everything has been completed and give a Matron of Honor toast during the reception.

Usually, the groom selects close friends and relatives to serve as groomsmen, and it is considered an honor to be selected.

Bride’s brother will have a dual role as he will accompany the guest ladies to their seats & role the aisle runner down the aisle.
Ring Bearer
Bride’s Great Nephew is the ring bearer and will carry the brides ring on a pillow or ring box, that holds the wedding rings that the couple will be exchanging. Once they get to the altar, the ring bearer typically hands the rings off to either the officiant or the best man when asked.
Flower Girl
Bride’s Granddaughter and her main role is to walk down the aisle in front of the bride or matron of honors, carrying a basket and dropping rose petals as she walks.

Jr. Bride

Usher
The usher is primarily responsible for directing and seating guests at a wedding ceremony. With less responsibility than a groomsman or bridesmaid, the usher is often (but not always) younger than the rest of the wedding party.

Son will walk bride (mother) down the isle and give her to her father. The roles of the my son is to travel to the wedding with the bride, walking the bride down the aisle, and allow the brides father to give her away.
Father of the Bride
Traveling to the wedding with the bride, “giving the bride away”.
Make Up Artist
She will be responsible for make up for the bride only.
Officiant
Pastor of Bride and Groom he will perform the most important tasks of the officiant and explain and define the flow of the ceremony, the rituals, the ebbs and flows, vows and rings, etc. - adding requests if necessary, and giving the couple a sense of time and space for that event.

Pastor and First Lady of The Church who assist in many marriages offer blessings , anointing the bride and giving her the roles and duties as a bride from a spiritual side.
Notary
Monique Pettaway during the ceremony, she being the notary will ask the couple a couple of questions on the marriage license and once they respond with “I do,” the Pastor will ask them to place a ring on each other's fingers and repeat the standard marriage ceremony. One the officiant finishes his part of the ceremony the notary will get the bride and groom to sign their marriage license and the notary will witness it, signs and place her seal. The notary’s task has been completed. The bride & groom have 30 days to file it with the court house.
