Question

When and where is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:30 PM at The Ruins in Tower Grove Park. The reception will follow at Concordia Turners (addresses are listed on the Schedule tab). The reception venue is approximately 15 minutes away, and guests will have one hour for travel. A meet-and-greet with refreshments will begin at 4:00 PM at the reception hall, followed by the official start of the reception at 5:30 PM. Guests are kindly requested to arrive 15–30 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating.

What should I know about arrival and accessibility?

Parking is available at two different entrances at Tower Grove Park where the ceremony is located and can be found on their website. There is a large parking lot at Concordia Turners where the venue is located. If you have accessibility needs, please contact Kiersten or Monica in advance. -

What is the dress code and general vibe?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. We encourage guests to dress in a way that feels comfortable and celebratory.

Who is invited, and how do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by (date) via (method). Plus ones are limited and can be found on your invitation. Children are limited to only the wedding party. We appreciate your understanding. If you have any questions about a potential additional guest, please reach out to one of the brides.

What should I expect during the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, please dress accordingly and watch the weather. Photos are welcome and encouraged during the ceremony. Please be mindful of the vendors, guests, and brides. There will be a photographer present to capture the special moment(s). If you have concerns about being in any of these photos, please reach out to the brides prior to the wedding.

What will the reception include?

Answer

The reception will include options of pasta-style dishes and complementaries. Soda and water will be provided, with a cash bar that will be tended by 2-3 bartenders. (21+ ONLY) Please be respectful to all vendors and guests on site.

Are gifts expected?

Answer

Your presence means the most to us which is the best gift we could ask for. If you wish to give a gift, there will be a physical location where gifts will be held at the Reception Hall. If you prefer money gift-giving, let us know your preferred method and that can be arranged. Please reach out to a bride if you have questions.
