If booking with flights the cost of the flight has to be paid in full up front per person. If booking room only 100 dollars is needed per person as a deposit.

Can my deposit be refunded if I am no longer able to go on the trip?

You have 14 day before the trip to receive a full refund on the hotel. Flights are subject to the airline. Most airline offer flights credit not refund

When does the trip have to be paid in full

The trip must be paid in full 45 days before the trip

Can I purchase the hotel only and look for my own flights

Answer

Yes, the travel agent will work with you on dates, price and type of flight. You can book the flight with the hotel stay or separately

I want to go for less days then I saw quoted. Is that possible

Answer

All trips and flights can be customizable. You can stay as long as 7 nights or as little as 3 nights. The choice is yours along with the room tiers.
