We ask our guests to dress in formal to semi-formal attire. Ladies in floor-length, midi, or dressy cocktail wear and Gentlemen in suits and ties. No jeans, flip-flops, cowboy boots. Dress to impress!

Please arrive by 4:30 to allow yourself enough time to park and walk up to the chapel at Chickadee Hill Farms.

In the TRAVEL section are listed 2 hotels in Mooresville, NC with blocked rooms set aside for the wedding weekend. There are several other hotels in Mooresville, as well as many VRBOs and AirBNBs available in the Troutman-Mooresville area (zip code search 28166 or 28117).

Answer

Yes! Ample parking is available at the venue. Cars can be left overnight with pick-up by 10am on the day after the wedding.

Answer

We have arranged shuttle service with Lake Norman Limo for the wedding party from Hilton Garden Inn, Mooresville to the venue. The shuttle service will be available to and from the hotel-venue for guests after 3pm until 10:30pm. Requests for local drop off aside from the hotel can be arranged.

If your invitation states "and Family" we welcome your kiddos! Wedding "sitters" will be on-site to assist parents with the little ones.
