Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Ceremony begins at 3:30. We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal cocktail attire. We kindly ask that guests wear any color except for black & white. These colors will be used for brides and bridal party only. Thank you for your participation. :)

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults - only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at The Thursday Club in San Diego. Venue is located at 1224 Santa Barbara St, 92107.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony will be held outdoors at 3:30. Tray pass appetizers and bar cart will be held outdoors as well, while the reception will be held indoors.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party and immediate family will be taking pictures nearby for about an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall and outdoor deck for finger foods and beverages. Buffet style dinner will follow.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Our venue sits in a residential neighborhood. We do not anticipate parking to be a problem, but uber/carpool is recommended. Transportation to the after party will be provided at 9:00 pm.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. It is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed in the invitation. Your date is welcome to meet us all at the after party at The Holding Company at 9:00pm.

When do I need to RSVP by?

We kindly ask that you RSVP by August 1st.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We kindly ask that there will be no phones during our ceremony. However, we encourage guests to post pictures of the rest of the night as you see fit! Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #WestDayEver so we can keep track of all the photos !

Question

Is transportation available to the after party?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing a party bus to transport guests from the wedding venue to the after party, as well as any drop offs to hotels in Ocean Beach until 12:00am.
