No, as much as we love your little ones this will be strictly an adult-only event. We want all of our friends and family to enjoy our special day and have time to relax at the resort. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us. However if you will need to bring your children on your trip, the resort does provide babysitting for an additional cost of $20 per child + per hour. You can make the reservation directly at the concierge desk. You are welcomed to also bring your own sitter/make arrangements to watch after them while you attend the wedding event. No, por mucho que amemos a sus pequeños, este será un evento estrictamente solo para adultos. Queremos que todos nuestros amigos y familiares disfruten de nuestro día especial y tengan tiempo para relajarse en el resort. We HIGHLY encourage that all of our guests stay because 90% of our guests are REQUIRED to stay at the resort and please keep in mind there is a lot to do on the beautiful resort grounds itself. Yes, it is HIGHLY encourage that our guests purchase travel insurance. In case of any cancellations, you may receive a refund or travel credit. It is recommended to book as single occupancy on the onset of your booking. In the event you wish to add a guest to your reservations at a later date, you will email Tracy Espina directly with the guest’s name and if they will be purchasing travel insurance. Then your invoice will be adjusted. You can add up to 14 days prior to arrival although if within 30 days, there will be a fee. Please make sure to contact Tracy Espina for support. En caso de que desee agregar un huésped a sus reservaciones en una fecha posterior, le enviará un correo electrónico a Tracy Espina directamente con el nombre del huésped y si comprará un seguro de viaje. As much as we would have loved to invite everyone, our wedding will be strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Please also be aware that there is limited amount of rooms that were blocked off for all of our guests. Thanks for understanding! Nuestra boda es estrictamente solo para confirmar su asistencia. It is highly recommended to book your flight to Liberia Guanacaste Airport. It is approximately 2 hours from Dreams Las Mareas, so you will need to arrange roundtrip transportation to & from hotel/airport. End of April is the end of the dry season. Please plan for hot weather, averaging 90-95 degrees during the day and there could be a chance of rain at any given moment. The unit of currency in Costa Rica is the colon, which hovers between 523-560 colon / 1 US dollar. As long as the bill amount is not too large (50 and 100 dollar bills are rarely accepted), the U.S. dollar can be widely accepted. Hotels and tours usually list prices in US dollars. Compared with other parts of Central America, Costa Rica’s prices are relatively high, which is largely due to the country’s high standard of living. Typical Costa Rican food and agricultural products are unbelievably cheap, while the prices of imported products are similar to those in the United States.
