Wedding Party

Paola Landaverde

Maid of Honor

There will never be enough space to put into words how much it means to have my sister by my side on this day. We have been envisioning this moment since we were little girls, and somehow here we are, living it together. She is my best friend, my confidant, my ally — my constant. My world truly would not go round without her, and I am endlessly grateful to walk into this next chapter with her holding my hand through it all .

Bruce Barz

Best Man

Unlike the siblings up there 👆... There was absolutely no moment in our childhood where we sat around envisioning this day together, and yet, somehow, here we are. Growing up with a big brother meant always having someone to look up to, lean on, and count on, even when life felt uncertain. I truly can’t imagine my life without him by my side. Especially on this special milestone. Having Bruce stand with me on a day that marks such a meaningful change in my life means more than I can put into words. I’m incredibly proud of the man he is and the role he’s played in shaping who I’ve become. Knowing he’ll be there as I step into this next chapter, one I’ll share with the person I love makes this moment feel even more complete. Lastly, To Bruce, Thank you for making me a girl uncle this year!

Patricia Abayata

Bridesmaid

Patricia has been a constant in Bryan’s life, more like a sister than a cousin, which makes having her by our side on this day even more meaningful. From the very beginning of our relationship she has been nothing but welcoming, supportive, and thoughtful. Over time, she’s become a true friend to Monica and someone we both know we can always count on. We’re incredibly grateful for the love and care and fun times she brings into our lives .

Lawrence P. Abayata

Groomsman

Growing up together in a small compound in the Philippines meant doing just about everything side by side. Paul was part of the rhythm of my childhood, the kind of person who made life feel lighter, more curious, and never too serious. Paul is one of those true originals in my life, an OG in every sense of the word. We can go weeks or even months without talking, and when we do reconnect, it’s as if no time has passed at all. As the youngest sibling, having Paul as a younger cousin was like having a built in best friend, one who helped shape the foundation of who I am today and continues to remind me not to take life too seriously.

Julia Barz

Bridesmaid

Julia is Bryan’s sister-in-law and truly the older sister I never knew I needed. From the very beginning, she has shown me nothing but love, and it’s been such a beautiful journey getting to know each other and growing closer along the way. I’m so excited to continue doing life together, building our futures, our families, and watching our kids grow up side by side. I feel so lucky to have gained a sister I admire and look up to

Alejandro Bañuelos

Groomsman

I’ve known Ale since I was adopted into the Landaverde family seven years ago, and over time, our relationship has grown into something I truly value. He’s one of the most well rounded and thoughtful people I know, the kind of person whose presence is steady, grounded, and reassuring. He brings a calm confidence into any space, and over the years, that consistency and support have meant more to me than he probably realizes. Ale became family by choice.

Raquel Salloum

Bridesmaid

Raquel is the friend God knew I needed later in life. Even though we didn’t grow up together, we became close in such a short amount of time, and now I truly can’t imagine my life without her. She has shown me unwavering support, so much love, and the kind of friendship that feels like it’s meant to last a lifetime. I’m endlessly grateful to have her and her family in our world and by our side on this journey.

Jordan Salloum

Groomsman

There’s something about Jordan that makes him easy to like, the kind of person you meet once and instantly feel comfortable around. He’s humble, most down to earth, and carries himself with a calm ease that makes you wonder if he even has bad days. Jordan has become one of the closest people in my life. The support, encouragement, and genuine care he shows consistently. I consider him a brother, and having him be part of my wedding is something I genuinely treasure.

Simone Moscovich

Bridesmaid

Simone is the friend I met while studying abroad, and from the start she’s been the type to always put a smile on your face and be your biggest cheerleader. From the moment we met, her energy was contagious. We shared so many unforgettable Italian nights together, laughing, exploring, and making memories that still make me smile. Since then, we’ve been cheering each other on at graduations, spontaneous trips to see each other, birthdays, and now weddings! I couldn’t imagine celebrating life without her

Gerard Doctora

Groomsman

We shared the same compound growing up, even if our time together was brief. Shortly after, life took him and his family to New Zealand, and our paths naturally grew in different directions. While I may not recall many details from our early years, the connection remains rooted in where we started. There’s something meaningful about having family present across different chapters of life, even when those chapters look different. Having him be part of my wedding is a reminder that family ties don’t rely on constant closeness, they carry their own quiet strength over time.

Julia Suddarth

Bridesmaid

Julia and I also met while studying abroad in Italy, and from the very start, I knew I loved her. She was one of my roommates and part of an unbreakable trio with Simone. Julia is the friend you can talk to for hours about anything and everything. She keeps it real and has the biggest heart. Truly the best of both worlds. I admire the way she balances her life and know she will always have my best interests at heart. Always giving wise, witty, and endlessly supportive advice. I’m more than thankful to have her in my life

Jay Doctora

Groomsman

Jay and I also grew up in the same compound, sharing those early years before life took us in different directions. Like much of childhood, our time together feels more like a shared starting point than a collection of specific memories. Even so, those early roots still matter. There’s something special about reconnecting with family across time and distance, and having Jay be part of my wedding reflects that. It’s a reminder that family doesn’t require constant presence to remain meaningful, sometimes it’s simply just about honoring where we began and the bond that remains.

Nishant Verma

Groomsman

Nishant was one of my first friends when I moved to Los Angeles from Beaumont, Texas, and over time, our friendship grew into something solid and dependable. What began as a shared chapter in a new city turned into a bond built on trust, consistency, and mutual respect. In 2018, we took that friendship a step further and ventured into starting a personal training company together, directly across from the gym we worked in. Taking that risk side by side strengthened our connection in ways only shared challenges can. Through every season, Nishant has remained incredibly supportive, the kind of person who checks in, calls out of the blue, and stays present no matter where life takes us.

Austyn Walters

Groomsman

I met Austyn when we first came to America, of all places, Beaumont, Texas. A city of about 118,000 people, with one Walmart, one really good gym, and pretty much one of everything. Somehow, in that unlikely setting, a lifelong friendship was formed. Over time, Austyn became more than just a close friend. He became a brother to me, a son to my parents, and a brother to my brother, truly part of our family. Even as life pulled us into different seasons and cities, we stayed connected. He’s shared family trips with us, visits whenever he can, and remains a steady presence no matter the distance.
