Plaza de Bolívar
The usual place to start discovering Bogotá is the giant concrete Plaza de Bolívar, the heart of the original town. What it lacks in green foliage it makes up for in grandiosity. In the middle of the square is a bronze statue of Simón Bolívar (cast in 1846), the work of Italian artist Pietro Tenerani.
La Candelaria
Any conversation about the La Candelaria neighborhood is a conversation about the history of Bogotá. If you are wondering what does Candelaria mean, you must know It was the place where the city was founded in 1538, and takes its name from a Catholic chapel dedicated in honor of the Virgen de la Candelaria. Those steep stone streets, which seem to reach the sky, have seen the history of the country go by. Long before Gonzalo Jiménez de Quesada founded this city in a valley of fortresses and built twelve huts in the Chorro de Quevedo, it was a sacred site for the Muiscas (the ancient indigenous community).
Gold Museum

Monserrate
The sanctuary of Monserrate in the eastern hills of Bogotá can be seen from almost anywhere in the city. It is located at 3,172 meters above sea level, at the top of Monserrate or Cerro de Las Nieves. Devotees walk up an almost two mile path to this traditional site of religious pilgrimage, which began in 1620 with the shrine of Our Lady of Monserrate. The basilica houses the image of the Fallen Lord of Monserrate, an effigy of Christ which, according to the faithful, performs miracles, and at the top visitors can walk the Stations of the Cross.

Andrés Exprés Parque de la 93
Andrés Carne de Res is a famous restaurant in Bogotá, Colombia that opened in 1982. The restaurant's owner, Andrés Jaramillo, created a unique space with Colombian decor that he describes as a "recycler, collector, a hallucinated bus". The restaurant is known for its empanadas and all-night parties, and some say it's like a nightclub crossed with a Cheesecake Factory.

The beers made by the Bogota Beer Company also offer an alternative to the typical blond beer that dominates the local market.
Parque de la 93
Business travelers love the Parque de la 93 (93rd Street Park) in the north of Bogotá because of its proximity to the financial district of Bogotá, as well as its variety of good restaurants, international hotels, bars, cafés, and travel agencies. Colombians and foreigners alike enjoy the great nightlife here.
Juan Valdez Parque 93
Juan Valdez Café is a coffeehouse chain based in Colombia that promotes Colombian coffee around the world. The chain was created in 2002 by Colombia's National Federation of Coffee Growers through Procafecol S.A. and named after a fictional character created in 1959 to represent Colombian coffee.
Andino
Since its inauguration, the Andino Shopping and Business Center became the heart of one of the most exclusive areas of Bogotá, where the houses in the El Retiro neighborhood were transformed into restaurants, important designer stores, hotels, p ubs and trendy bars, becoming one of the most attractive sectors of the city.
Zona T
Zona Rosa, also known as "Zona T" for the T-shaped area at its heart, is one of Bogotá's major shopping and entertainment districts, home to Michelin star restaurants, five-star hotels and resorts, luxury shops and boutiques.
