Why are you doing a family-only ceremony?

Answer

We’ve always dreamed of sharing our personal vows in an intimate setting, so we decided to keep our actual ceremony to immediate family only. However, we will be live streaming for all who want to watch us tie the knot from the comfort of your own home! We will post the link on the website either the day before, or morning of the wedding on the home page for all to see. We love our community too much not to celebrate, and we are so excited to bring everyone together for the reception to eat, drink, and dance the day away!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

August 29th 2026. This will be listed on the wedding invitations as well. Please RSVP by the date listed. We’re finalizing our headcount, seating, and catering, and your response ensures we can plan thoughtfully. If we do not receive your RSVP by the deadline, we will assume you are not attending. In that case, we will not have a seat or meal prepared for you should you decide to come on the day of the event. Thank you for helping us make the celebration smooth and enjoyable for everyone.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

No. We kindly ask that all guests join us without children. Our hope is to create a relaxed, present, adults‑only atmosphere where everyone can fully enjoy the celebration with us. Please plan accordingly when making your arrangements. If guests arrive with a child or children, they will be asked to leave so we can maintain the environment we’ve thoughtfully planned. Thank you for understanding and honoring this boundary—we can’t wait to celebrate together.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. The reception will take place in a strip‑mall plaza with convenient parking available directly in front of the venue. Additional parking can be found in the lot to the left of the plaza, which will be clearly marked with signs to help guide you.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If you choose to stay at a hotel near the reception venue, please reach out to the hotel directly to see whether they offer transportation to and from the event. If they do not provide shuttle services, rideshare options such as Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area and make travel simple and convenient.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invitation will indicate whether you have been allotted a plus one. We kindly ask that you follow what is stated on your invitation so we can plan seating and catering accurately. If a guest arrives with an uninvited plus one, we will not have a seat or meal prepared for them, and they may be asked to leave to ensure the event runs smoothly. Thank you for understanding and helping us create a thoughtful and enjoyable celebration.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will be offering a buffet‑style meal rather than individually catered plates. A variety of options will be available, and we’ve thoughtfully planned selections that accommodate a wide range of food allergies, dietary needs, and personal preferences so everyone can enjoy the meal comfortably.

We are registered here on Zola and you can find it under the Registry tab. We have a variety of gift options to fit all budgets. While gifts are not required, they are immensely appreciated and truly mean a lot to us.
