Monali and Rushil’s story began in 2018 with a moment that still makes them laugh—when Monali mistakenly read Rushil’s sweatshirt as “surprise me” instead of “Supreme.” (A genuine mix-up, not a pickup line… although it did break the ice perfectly.) Not long after, they had their first unofficial date grabbing smoothies together, a simple start to something that would grow into so much more. By June 2018, they officially began their journey together, not knowing just how much life they would experience side by side in the years ahead. Throughout college, their relationship was put to the test as they navigated long distance, proving that no amount of miles could outweigh what they had. With patience, love, and plenty of FaceTime calls, they made it through stronger than ever. In 2025, Rushil planned a beautiful proposal in Tulum, turning a dream trip into a moment Monali will cherish forever. Nearly eight years later, their love has grown through countless shared adventures—traveling to new places, movie date nights, trying new foods, and finding joy in both the big moments and the little ones. They can’t wait to start this next chapter surrounded by the people they love most.
