When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 18, 2026, so we can finalize seating and catering arrangements. If we do not receive your response by this date, we will assume you are unable to attend. We appreciate you letting us know within that timeframe

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to space limitations, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on the invitation. If your invitation includes a plus-one, it will appear when you RSVP. We kindly ask that guests refrain from bringing a plus one unless specifically approved by the Bride and Groom. Thank you for your understanding.

Are children welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones. However, unless they are specifically listed on the invitation, the celebration will be adults-only, so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening.

Will there be a welcome party the day before the wedding?

Answer

Yes. We are planning a small rehearsal dinner and welcome gathering the evening before the wedding. Due to space limitations, it will be an intimate event for close family and friends by invitation only. The Bride and Groom will reach out directly with more details if you are included.

Is there a dress code for the Wedding?

Answer

Yes. Our wedding will be cocktail attire — think dress to impress! We encourage guests to dress stylishly for the occasion while staying comfortable enough to celebrate with us. There’s no required color scheme, but we kindly ask that guests avoid wearing all white outfits.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony start time so everyone has time to park, find seating, and get settled before the ceremony begins.

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue, the Luminaire in Montgomery, TX (North Houston). Once the ceremony concludes, guests will be directed to the reception area for cocktails, dinner, and celebration.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We are planning for an outdoor ceremony, weather permitting, so please dress accordingly. In Houston, October temperatures typically average around 83°F during the day and about 63°F in the evening, so it’s usually warm but comfortable. If the weather isn’t ideal, the ceremony will be moved indoors to the venue’s chapel. Cocktail hour will be primarily outdoors, with some seating available indoors as well, and the reception will take place indoors.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes. Parking will be available at the venue. There will also be a parking attendant on-site to escort guests from the parking lot to the front entrance of the venue in a golf cart, if preferred. Additional instructions will be shared closer to the wedding date if needed.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

At this time, guests should plan their own transportation to and from the venue. The Bride and Groom may potentially provide limited shuttle transportation to and from nearby hotels, but please refer back to the travel page of our website for more information as the date approaches.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We recommend staying in the Conroe or Montgomery areas, which are closest to the venue. We have reserved a room block at Homewood Suites by Hilton Conroe. There are also more affordable Airbnb options on Lake Conroe, which is likely where the wedding party will be staying. More details can be found on the travel section of our website.

What airport should I fly into?

The closest major airport is George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), located about 45 minutes from the venue.
