WHAT COVID MEASURES ARE WE TAKING? Following Florida State, phase 3 guidelines and CDC recommendations we are doing our best to make our wedding as safe as possible for our friends and family. Our current group size is well under the 250-person threshold for large group sizes. PREVENTATIVE MEASURES: We will provide face-coverings and hand sanitizers at the door for attendees. We also ask that you practice social distancing when possible and maintain preventative habits (avoiding high-fives and close contact from people outside of your immediate group, wearing your mask when moving around). Meals will be plated and served to you at your table to avoid cross contamination, no buffet style. GET VACCINATED! If you are over 65 and are able to obtain a vaccination, we strongly encourage you to do so prior to attending. If you have the opportunity to get vaccinated, DO IT! IF YOU ARE SICK: If you are sick or experiencing Covid19 symptoms like a fever over 100.4 degrees, we ask that you stay home to reduce the chances of spreading disease. We will be video-capturing the wedding so we can all enjoy later.

Out of an abundance of caution for our loved ones, we’ve made the difficult decision to postpone our wedding yet again due to our least favorite ‘C’ word. Simply put, many of our closest friends and family are high-risk, out of state and out of country. Who wants their special day in 2020 anyway?! We hope you will join us to celebrate on March 6th in 2021!

After our wedding we will be heading to McQueens Social Lounge in Downtown Orlando. We will have the upstairs loft closed for wedding guests only! So come downtown with us afterwards, dance the night away, and help us ring in our early hours as Mr & Mrs!

Located on the northern slopes of the Mont Blanc massif above the Chamonix valley, lie the the Mer de Glace glacier. Although one of the largest glaciers in France, it has been substantially melting. This has greatly accelerated in the past few decades due to heightened global temperatures. The day prior, we'd ascended up to Mont Blanc on the Montenvers train where we enjoyed a grand wedding of close friends overlooking the valley. The next morning, we took the tram down to the staircase, where we descended several hundred stairs to reach the ice grotto. These beautiful blue ice caves, cut deep into the living glacier, would be the setting. "It took me years to muster the courage to ask, but also to find the perfect spot to utter that one enormous question. This was to be a special time in our lives, which required a special place with just us. It had to be perfect. The spot where I fell to my knee inside the illuminated glacial tunnel will never be there again. Just as our lives are fleeting, that spot will disappear to be replaced with bare ground as the glacier retreats further up the mountain.
