Our ceremony starts at 3:30. Entrance to the park is free for wedding guests. Look Park is one way driving so, when you drive in you can park near the visitor center (the Pines Theater will be a short walk to your left.) If you choose, you can drive all the way around the Look Park (approximately 1 mile) and park in the train station lot or along the road. There is handicap parking available in front of the Pines theater! If it is torrential down-pouring, our ceremony will take place at 3:30 in The Hampshire Ballroom at The Hotel Northampton.

Cocktail hour begins at 5:30 in The Hotel Northampton Lobby. Dinner and dancing will promptly follow at 6:30. Our reception is a buffet/station style. There will be multiple stations throughout the ballroom and atrium for everyone to enjoy. The bar will be relocated from the lobby to the atrium during the reception. Also, we are having open bar so, enjoy!
