When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP as soon as you can, so we can organize with our vendors. However, the deadline is August 21st.

What if I can't make it?

Answer

Your presence will be missed! We ask that you RSVP "No" as soon as possible. If you have already RSVP'd "Yes," but find that you will not be able to make it please notify the bride at (615) 785-0472

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dressy Formal. For women, a cocktail dress, a skirt and blouse, or a stylish jumpsuit are all wonderful options. For men, dress pants paired with a button-down shirt are perfect, and a blazer is a great addition if you'd like. Overall, aim for a polished look that still feels comfortable—something you can celebrate and dance in!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your children, we politely request no children attend the ceremony or reception. We hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and have fun with us! Thank you in advance for understanding.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to guest count restrictions, only guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, they will appear when you RSVP.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and your seat.

What if I didn't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by August 21st, it will automatically be marked as "no." We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count by the deadline they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

Where should I stay?

Thank you for traveling to celebrate with us! We have provided a list if accommodations under our travel tab. You do not have to chose ones we have provided, but we hope it helps in your search!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, when you RSVP there is an option to add any dietary restrictions!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will be serving wine, beer, and seltzers.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, there will not be transportation provided to and from the event. We kindly ask that you coordinate transportation so that everyone can have a safe and fun night!

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors under the shade of trees, please dress comfortably for the weather! In case of rain, the ceremony will be moved indoors.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a spacious parking lot at the venue. Vehicles left overnight will need to be retrieved by 8 AM on 9/27.
