Is there parking for the reception?

Yes. The Bucyrus Club has a private parking lot with an abundance of parking spots, at no additional cost.

Will there be a formal dinner?

Rather than a traditional dinner, we'll be celebrating with great drinks, delicious bites, and lots of time to mingle. Guests may wish to enjoy a dinner meal beforehand.

What is there to explore at The Bucyrus Club?

We're so glad you asked! The Bucyrus Club event space comes with a lot of historic charm and we're hoping you can enjoy during the celebration. From 7-9pm, the museum on the second floor of the venue will be open for you to walk through. Grab a drink and enjoy learning more about the venue's history!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Upon arrival, you'll receive a drink ticket to use on any drink of your choosing - your first drink is on us! Afterwards, the bar will transition to a cash bar for the rest of the night.

Can I bring a plus one? Kiddos?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, we can only accommodate guests named on your invitation/RSVP. Thanks for understanding!

When should I arrive?

Answer

Feel free to come right at 7 and dance the night away with us! However, no worries if you cannot make it until after 7. Anytime you arrive is great.
