What will I have to pay for?

We're covering the cost of your room within the villa for the weekend! Costs not covered: - Flights and airport transportation - Daily lunches (breakfast and dinner will be provided) - Excursion costs if you decide to explore the area on your own

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We've secured a very intimate villa, therefore we're only able to house the individuals we've invited. Please reach out if you're unsure if you've been given a plus one

When should I arrive at the villa for the long weekend? When should I plan to leave?

Check-in begins at 3pm on October 24th Check-out is at 12pm on October 28th

Will you help me book my transportation and any excursions?

Answer

We recommend booking your airport transfer through USA Transfers: https://www.usa-transfers.com/ We have a lovely travel guide to recommend if guests decide to go on an excursion (visit a cenote, visit the ruins, etc). Just ask us!

Is there a dress code for the rehearsal and wedding night?

Answer

Our rehearsal dinner is booked at Wild Tulum. Please dress semi-formal. Our wedding ceremony and dinner will be held at the villa, partially on the beach. Dress code is Beach Formal. This means formal dress, but tailored for beach weather. We recommend lighter fabrics such as linen and satin, low heels (or feel free to go shoe-less!), and humidity-proof styles. We don't recommend bringing a suit jacket for men, as it may be too hot and humid, unless it is a very light (fabric & color) jacket. Please wear light colors or earth-toned colors for the ceremony, if possible, and avoid bright prints :)

Question

Do I need to bring/send a gift?

Answer

Absolutely not! We've asked you to travel internationally for our wedding. We do not expect any gifts from our guests :)
