Saturday of Super Bowl weekend 2019, Tyler had a few people over for a fire in the backyard while he was smoking bacon for a party the following day. One of those people was Stefanie, who had met Molly at a work conference the weekend before. Stefanie invited Molly over to Tyler's house. We were all hanging out by a fire, when it came up that it was a Saturday and there was karaoke at Gallucio's. Molly had never been to karaoke before, so Leslie convinced her that they HAD to sing together. We ended up going to karaoke, had a great time, despite Molly running off stage prior to "singing." A few months later, Leslie invited Molly to join their kickball team, where Tyler and Molly started to hang out on a weekly basis. The rest is history!

Tyler and I went out to a romantic dinner at Rehoboth Beach for our one year anniversary. We went out for sushi, as that was our first date. After dinner, we grabbed an orange crush and headed out to the beach... I wanted to put my feet in the water. As we walked out to the waters edge, Tyler stopped, said a few romantic things (apparently, but I don't remember that part) and dropped to one knee to ask me to marry him. Following the moment, we looked around for someone to take a picture, and were lucky enough to ask a fabulous mom who was on the beach with her family, who also happened to be a professional photographer who took a free engagement shoot for us. It was absolutely perfect.. although I never did actually make it down to put my feet in the water, maybe next time!
