When a Priest and his wife set you up, you figure it's meant to be. Tyler and I are very grateful to Dan and Hallie Isadore and their matchmaking abilities. We met last March, over a very intentional dinner at the Isadore's. At the end of the evening I found myself wondering if Tyler was as interested in me as I was in him. Tyler, in an act of courage, asked me if I would like to "hang out" again soon, which led to the first time I "said yes" and smiled the whole way home.

On Valentine's Day we cooked dinner together, and he gave me an envelope with “Part 1” written on it during our meal. After dinner we went to the theater for the ballet, Beauty and the Beast! This was where I thought I would receive "Part 2"; however, the plot twist was that he had forgotten the letter at home (Whoops!). Once we returned to the apartment I was able to read "Part 2", telling me what a Christian marriage looks like with us through Tyler's eyes. At this point, I was going to be really confused if the night didn't end with him proposing! To end the day, we went to Sam and MJ’s for “casual drinks”, where I was surprised by some of our closest friends. It was there that he read all 3 parts and asked me to spend the rest of my life with him.
