Molly's freshman year roommate at USCB, the best matchmaker, Taylor, set them up on a blind (double) date! They originally met in the bowling alley parking lot, but that was too full for them to get a lane. They drove to Hilton Head and went mini golfing instead! Molly was super awkward the entire time and they went to Cook Out afterwards and Thomas insisted on buying Molly chicken tenders, but she felt bad for someone that she just met buying her food, but when it is a cute boy, you can make an exception. (they were delicious btw)

Molly had just moved back into the dorms for her sophomore year of college and they had been away from each other for most of the summer. Obviously they had kept in touch, but it was like a breath of fresh air when they reunited. Molly told herself that it would be a while until Thomas asked the question, but it happened barely a week into being back at school.

Thomas and Molly went to visit Molly's grandparents in Emerald Isle, North Carolina at the beach before their senior year of college started. On their last night, they planned to go out to a nice dinner, but wanted to take pictures on the dock before they left. Thomas had hidden the ring inside his tackle box that was down on the dock for most of their stay. Once some pictures were taken, he walked over to the tackle box and got the ring. Once Thomas got down on one knee, he ripped his pants! Of course, Molly said yes and Boompa and Juliebell got to watch the whole thing from the back porch of the house. It was a special moment that none of us will forget.
