Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

The ceremony will take place at Sassafras Springs Vineyard and Winery, followed by a cocktail hour and reception. 6461 E Guy Terry Rd, Springdale, AR 72764

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive by 4:15 PM to be seated.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be plenty of parking available directly in front of the reception. A golf cart will be available to assist guests who may need help traveling along the pathway to the ceremony space.

Is the ceremony outside or inside?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside and the reception will be inside.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We invite our guests to dress in cocktail attire. For women, cocktail dresses, midi dresses, or dressy jumpsuits are perfect. For men, suits or dress pants with a blazer and button-down shirt. Ties are optional. Please avoid jeans and overly casual attire.

Yes, we’re registered with Zola and Target! You can access our registry by clicking the "Registry" tab above and ordering directly through their site.

when do I need to RSVP by?

We are kindly asking our guests to RSVP by May 15th.

Can kids come?

Answer

Yes, we would love for your children to join us! We’ll have coloring books and activities available to help keep little ones entertained during the ceremony and reception. If your child becomes noisy during the ceremony, we kindly ask that you sit toward the back and step out as needed.
