What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is beach formal. Examples: Men- summer suit with linen shirt, linen pants, khakis or dressy shorts. Tie optional. Women- summer sun dress, dress or jumpsuit. Please be aware- The ceremony will take place in the sand so wear shoes that are easy to walk in or remove!

How do I book the shuttle to and from the airport?

Answer

Use the following link (easiest option): https://transfers.palaceresorts.com If you and your room guest(s) are arriving on different flights please email transfercancun@palaceresorts.com explaining the situation and include both guests flight information and hotel confirmation # and they will assist you in booking separate transfers for those with a shared confirmation number. Please let them know of your travel dates at least 30 days prior to your stay. Again, public shuttle rides are free for all guests that stay the 4 night minimum of the wedding! Otherwise you can book a private ride separately or pay the standard shuttle fee. When reaching out please include: hotel confirmation number, date of flight, airline, arrival time, flight number and number of guests in your party on that flight.

Which part of MoonPalace are we staying at?

Answer

All guests will be staying at the Sunrise location. If you wish to visit the Grand, day passes are available for purchase. If resort credit was given during your booking, you should he able to use it to put toward a day pass for the grand.
